To support the Digital Finance department in driving digital transformation projects. This role focuses on ensuring financial discipline through accurate budgeting, cost tracking, and efficient procurement management while maintaining compliance with company policies.

Key responsibilities
-
Budgeting: Create cost estimates for new digital projects and track spending.

Cost Tracking: Monitor monthly spending and explain why there are differences (variances) between the plan and the actual cost.

Purchasing (Procurement): Find and talk to vendors, negotiate prices, and manage contracts.

Reporting: Create simple monthly reports showing the financial health of digital projects using Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

Improvement: Look at how the company currently handles money for projects and suggest easier or better ways to do it.

Technical Requirements

1. Financial & Budgetary Expertise

Capital Budgeting: Proficiency in managing CAPEX (Capital Expenditure) and OPEX (Operating Expenditure) specific to technology projects.

Project Costing & Estimation: Ability to perform "Bottom-Up" or "Parametric" cost estimation for software, hardware, and digital services.

Variance Analysis: Technical ability to calculate and explain the difference between budgeted vs. actual spending (ER Funding variances).

Financial Modeling: Creating models to forecast long-term spending and Return on Investment (ROI) for digital solutions.
2. Digital Procurement & Contract Management

SLA & Contract Review: Ability to technically review Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Master Service Agreements (MSAs).

Procurement Lifecycle: Knowledge of the end-to-end procurement process (RFP/RFQ) within a corporate policy framework.

Vendor Performance Tracking: Technical use of scorecards to measure vendor delivery against contract terms.
3. IT Project Management Frameworks

Scope Definition: Technical skill in defining Project Scopes (WBS - Work Breakdown Structure) to ensure costs are captured accurately.

SDLC Knowledge: Understanding the Software Development Life Cycle to anticipate when and where costs will occur (e.g., development vs. testing vs. deployment).

MIS Tools: Proficiency in using Project Management Information Systems (PMIS) or ERP systems (like SAP or Oracle) for budget tracking.
4. Data Reporting & KPIs

KPI Development: Ability to define and track financial Key Performance Indicators specifically for capital planning.

Advanced Data Visualization: Proficiency in tools like Advanced Excel (Pivot Tables, Power Query), Power BI, or Tableau to generate monthly status reports.

Standardization: Ability to audit and apply "Internal Company Standards" to complex expenditure request processes.
5. Compliance & Policy Application

Policy Governance: A technical understanding of corporate governance to ensure all expenditures meet internal audit requirements.

Preferred Major
You must have a degree in one of the following:
