Job description

To manage the end-to-end financial consolidation process and deliver high-level performance insights. This role ensures that the group’s financial story—including Joint Ventures and Affiliates—is accurately captured, compliant with IFRS, and translated into actionable management and board-level reporting.

Technical Requirements

  • Proven experience in financial consolidation, including joint venture, affiliates, and intercompany eliminations, as well as management defined performance measures (MDM), adjustments made to derive underlying earnings.
  • Strong understanding and practical experience applying International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS), particularly in consolidation joint ventures, and segment reporting.
  • Experience in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting cycles, including preparation of management packs and board-level materials.
  • Proficiency in SAP and advanced excel along with PowerBI; experience with consolidation tools is an advantage.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate operational data into financial insight.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to engage cross-functionally (operations, planning, commercial, Policies, etc.).
  • High attention to detail, and commitment to continuous improvement.
  • Collaborative, change-oriented team player with a passion for the energy business.

Preferred

  •  Bachelor’s degree in accounting, or finance (Master’s degree preferred).

GPA Scale

  • 4 Scale GPA: Minimum threshold 3.0
  • 5 Scale GPA: Minimum threshold 4.0
