Job description
- We will hire inspectors through business visa to the maximum period allowed.
- After each shutdown the inspectors will return to their point of origin and wait for the next shutdown
- There will be a multiple mobilization
- All processing cost and round-trip air fare are to be provided.
- Each inspectors must possess at least 2 certs (API, NACE, AWS, or equivalent) with 8 years shutdown related experience.
Preferred
- High School Graduate with Science and Mathematics as subjects as a minimum. Two (2) year college diploma in engineering is preferred.
- Professional certification in the relevant discipline is mandatory. A Minimum of two (2) certifications required from API 510/570/653/580/581.
- ASNT NDT Level-II Certifications for UT, PT, RT, MT, and Shear wave testing are preferable.
- A minimum of two certificates required for QA/QC inspectors.
- Furthermore, NACE Corrosion, Coating Inspector Certification, AWS-CWI or CSWIP 3.2 Weld Inspection Certifications, ASNT/PCN/ and NDT Certifications are desired.
- All candidates shall possess minimum of eight (8) years post-certification experience in the applicable field.
- Must be familiar with various Inspection, Corrosion Monitoring and Fabrication Quality Management Systems. Fully familiar with P&IDs, PFDs, Isometric drawings, NDT results interpretations and Corrosion rates/Remaining life Calculations. Knowledge and skills on Petrochemical Plant Equipment, Piping and Structure Inspections and repair methods, PMI, Corrosion Monitoring and Coating Inspections, Weld Inspections, and Weld Quality Management Programs in Petrochemical Industry.
GPA Scale
- 4 Scale GPA: Minimum threshold 3.0
- 5 Scale GPA: Minimum threshold 4.0
