Job description
We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Project Manager / Civil Engineer to oversee engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) activities for major building and residential projects. This role spans the entire project lifecycle—from initial planning, budget estimation, and contract preparation to on-site construction monitoring, scope control, and final startup. The ideal candidate will ensure all projects are executed safely, on schedule, within budget, and in full compliance with Saudi Aramco standards.

Key responsibilities

Pre-Construction & Planning: Perform detailed front-end engineering activities, including preparing Project Execution Plans (PEP), handling preliminary fund requisitions, and conducting detailed Expenditure Request (ER) estimate analyses.

Procurement & Bid Evaluation: Prepare Material Procurement documents and Saudi Aramco Material System Specifications (SAMSS). Conduct technical and commercial supplier bid evaluations.

Contract Management: Prepare comprehensive construction contract procurement documents, including detailed Bid Packages, and set up contracts for detailed engineering phases.

Construction & Scope Control: Manage active construction phase activities. Monitor and control project scope, cost, and schedule while finalizing planning for startup and managing tie-ins/interfaces with existing facilities.

Design & Safety Support: Support the development of robust engineering solutions and design bases for both new construction and modifications, ensuring total compliance with operational and safety requirements.

Performance & Economic Studies: Initiate, assemble, and analyze performance data and specialized studies to evaluate engineering codes, standards, and economic factors for project optimization.
Skills Required Preferred

EPC Knowledge: Deep understanding of Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) principles, industry codes, and international/local standards.

Analytical Skills: Proven ability to perform complex engineering and construction analyses to successfully resolve critical project challenges on-site.

Communication & Leadership: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to seamlessly engage, lead, and coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, consultants, and key stakeholders.

Language Proficiency: High proficiency in written and spoken English is mandatory.
Certification Required
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering (or equivalent) from a recognized and approved university or institution.
GPA Scale
- Minimum 3.0 on a 4.0 scale
- Minimum 4.0 on a 5.0 scale
