You will have 5 to 12 years of experience in engineering, with a preference minimum  3 – 5 years’ experience in power distribution systems, Low Voltage system and building/residential projects.

Supervisor Building II – SMP opportunity with Saudi Aramco

We are seeking a Supervisor Building II to join the AMAAD Office Services Division of the Office Services Department.
The AMAAD Office Services Division is responsible for the leasing and operational management of office space at AMAAD, supporting over 5,000 office users. The division ensures 24/7 operational efficiency of office facilities through inspections, maintenance coordination, and user interactions. It manages logistics, including receiving and checking materials, and handles project logistics during scheduled shutdowns. The division oversees janitorial services, parking management, and serves as the first response team during emergencies and incidents. It also facilitates the distribution of giveaways and important announcements, coordinates AC, underground, fire systems, elevator, electrical, and preventive maintenance with U&FSD, and manages sanitation and gardening services in coordination with U&FSD and CCSD. Additionally, the division collaborates with FRPD, U&FSD, CCSD, and LPD to address Quality Safety Inspections (QSI), manages all equipment and assets, and implements various projects to enhance operational performance.

Additional duties include facilitating the distribution of giveaways and important announcements, coordinating air conditioning, underground infrastructure, fire systems, elevators, electrical systems, and preventive maintenance activities with U&FSD, and managing sanitation and gardening services in coordination with U&FSD and CCSD. The division collaborates with FRPD, U&FSD, CCSD, and LPD to rectify Quality Safety Inspection (QSI) findings, manages all equipment and assets, and implements various projects aimed at enhancing operational performance.
The primary role of the Associate Engineer is to assist in engineering analysis, development, design, coordination, and control of assigned projects within any recognized engineering discipline. The position requires incumbents to possess training, technical knowledge, and the ability to apply engineering principles within their specialty, along with a working understanding of related engineering fields and applicable codes and standards.

Inspection Supervisor/Engineer:

  • We will hire inspectors through business visa to the maximum period allowed.
  • After each shutdown the inspectors will return to their point of origin and wait for the next shutdown
  • There will be a multiple mobilization
  • All processing cost and round-trip air fare are to be provided.
  • Each inspectors must possess at least 2 certs (API, NACE, AWS, or equivalent) with 8 years shutdown related experience.
